We’re almost halfway through the Green Smoothie 30 Day Challenge and the effects of drinking a green smoothie every day are definitely noticeable! This Mango Spinach Smoothie Recipe was one of the tastiest green smoothies I made recently.
This is a hyper busy month for me, and I have a lot more energy after drinking my daily green smoothie dose. I’ve also been saving time because a smoothie only takes a couple minutes to whip up, and there aren’t many delicious nourishing foods that can be made that quickly. Busy schedule, more energy, and more time . . . what a great combination!
Mango Spinach Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup So Delicious coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 banana
- 1 mango (peeled and pit removed)
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 tablespoons hulled raw sunflower seeds
Directions
Toss everything into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
