There’s no doubt that living your best life would be impossible without food. Eating healthy food is one of the most powerful ways to change your life, because the quality of what you eat directly affects the quality of your life.
I love cooking and I spend a few hours every day in my kitchen on a never-ending quest to create healthy meals and desserts that are also delicious. I focus on ingredients that are whole foods and plant-based (why eat a plant-based diet?) and I’m always testing out dessert and smoothie recipes that are dairy-free and use no added sugar. Most of my cooking turns out fairly decent (with the occasional disaster dish that is almost too bad to compost) but some recipes are so delicious that they are worth sharing here.
